All financial transactions on the 8o88 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 8o88 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected Bangladesh bank transfers including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The list of supported payment methods may be updated from time to time and is displayed in the Cashier section of your account. Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction.

All deposits are credited to your 8o88 account balance after confirmation from the relevant payment processor. 8o88 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers, network issues, or bank processing times. In the event that a deposit is credited in error or an amount is subsequently found to have been charged back, 8o88 reserves the right to reverse the relevant transaction and to adjust your account balance accordingly, including to a negative balance where applicable.

Bonuses and Promotions

Betting Rules

In such circumstances, the stake will be returned to the player's account balance.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all betting markets and game types and are displayed at the point of bet placement. 8o88 reserves the right to apply individual betting limits to any player's account where 8o88 determines, at its sole discretion, that such limits are appropriate. Bets placed in excess of the applicable maximum will be reduced to the maximum applicable stake. 8o88's decision on all betting matters is final and binding.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 8o88 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and permanent exclusion from the platform. 8o88 cooperates with relevant authorities and reserves the right to report prohibited conduct where required by applicable law.

Account Suspension and Termination

Upon closure of an account for any reason, any genuine real-money balance remaining in the account (after deduction of any bonus balances, voided winnings, or amounts subject to chargeback) will be returned to the player via the payment method on file, provided that KYC requirements have been satisfied. Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms or evidence of fraudulent conduct, 8o88 reserves the right to withhold the balance pending investigation and to forfeit it entirely where the investigation confirms a breach.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 8o88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the 8o88 platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any interruption to the availability of the platform. 8o88's total aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any claim arising from or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by that player into their 8o88 account in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, network issues, third-party service interruptions, and events outside 8o88's reasonable control may affect platform availability. 8o88 shall not be liable for any loss suffered as a result of platform unavailability where such unavailability is caused by circumstances beyond 8o88's reasonable control.
